The Promo Campaigns list view allows you to manage, organize, and locate campaigns efficiently. It combines search, filters, and date selection tools to offer a seamless way to track campaign performance, take action on drafts or running campaigns, and review past efforts.

This document covers all the available operations and utilities to help you make the most of the Promo Campaigns dashboard.

Search

Use the Search by ID/Name bar to instantly find campaigns:

  • Search by Campaign ID
  • Search by Campaign Name

Date Filter

Use the date picker in the top-right corner to filter campaigns by a specific date range based on their start time. This helps in analyzing campaign activity over time or during specific promotional windows.

Status and Actions

The Status of a Promo Campaign reflects its current stage in the campaign lifecycle and determines which actions can be performed. Properly managing campaign statuses ensures effective control over reward distribution and campaign performance.

The table below outlines each Promo Campaign's list status, its description, and the actions you can perform:

Actions

To perform actions on a campaign, click the icon associated with that row in the list. The available actions depend on the current campaign status.

ActionEffect
EditOpens the campaign for modification. Available only in Draft or Scheduled states.
StopManually ends the campaign permanently. It can not be resumed once stopped.
ArchivePermanently deletes a campaign.

Best Practices for Campaign Management

Follow these best practices to maintain campaign quality, control, and consistency:

  • Use Drafts for Iteration: Build campaigns in Draft mode, review, and schedule when finalized.
  • Monitor Status Regularly: Use the status column on the list page to ensure campaigns are behaving as expected.
