Overview
Promo Campaigns are a flexible and powerful feature that enables businesses to engage their users by distributing targeted rewards. Campaigns can be triggered based on users' past behavior or in real time based on their actions (or inactions). The Promo Campaigns system support various types of rewards, including wallet points, coupons, and partner vouchers.

The following are some of the examples that illustrate how Promo Campaigns can deliver its value:
- E-commerce: Reward high spenders with percentage-based wallet points or offer discount coupons when users abandon their cart.
- Delivery: Distribute cashback wallet points for orders placed during off-peak hours or send discount coupons to users who have not ordered in the last 30 days.
- Travel and Hospitality: Offer loyalty points for bookings over a certain value or run a promo campaign offering coupons for early-bird or last-minute hotel bookings.

- Past Behavior Campaigns: Allow you to target users based on their historical behavior or predefined user lists, enabling personalized re-engagement strategies.
- Live Action Campaigns: Triggered in real-time based on user actions, or inactions, within a defined time window, helping you respond instantly to user behavior.
- Reward Types: Offers a wide variety of rewards to engage your users meaningfully. You can distribute Single-Code Coupons for broad usage, Bulk Coupon Codes for individual redemptions, Wallet Points to encourage loyalty, or Partner Vouchers to reward your users with popular third-party brand offers.
- Segment Rule Builders: Enables audience segmentation using predefined filters, custom user lists, and or uploaded custom lists. Segments can be created based on real-time and historical user data.
- Scheduling and Delivery: Allows immediate or scheduled campaign launches. You can optimize delivery by user time zone. Additionally, you can optimize engagement by selecting the best delivery time for each user.
- Campaign Management: Provides full control over live and scheduled campaigns. You can pause, edit, or stop campaigns at any time. The campaign list view includes filters and key campaign details such as status, type, reward, and creator.

No, each campaign supports only one type of segmentation: Past Behavior, Live Actions, or Custom Lists.
What happens if the reward inventory is exhausted?
The system stops distributing rewards once the limit is reached. For bulk coupons, an alert is shown if you exceed the available codes.
Can I reuse a coupon series in multiple campaigns?
Yes, but ensure the format is unique, and your users do not receive duplicate codes across campaigns.
