Experiment
Use IntelliNODE to set up different experiments to engage users at different times. If this is a weekday journey, create multiple paths to engage users based on before, during, and after office hours. Given that office hours are from 10.00 AM to 6:00 PM, create four different paths to send a push message at 8.30 AM, 2.30 PM, 6.30 PM, and 8.30 PM.

Using IntelliNODE create a path for each, that is, Email and WhatsApp, to test your assumption. You can also add more channels to this mix.
