> ❗️ Deprecation of Web Exit Intent Channel

> Effective June 30 2026, Web Exit Intent channel will be deprecated as a standalone option under Campaigns and Journeys.

> * Exit Intent campaigns will retain their full functionality. They can now be created and managed from the Web Pop-ups channel using the [Triggers for Campaign Delivery ](https://docs.clevertap.com/docs/create-message-web-popup#triggers-for-campaign-delivery)option under the *When* section.
> * Existing Campaigns and Journeys using the Web Exit Intent channel will continue to run as expected indefinitely.
> * Creating or cloning new Campaigns and Journeys using this channel will be disabled after June 30 2026.
